Pakistan Set to Face New Zealand in Exciting Five-Match T20I Series
The highly anticipated five-match T20I series between Pakistan Five-match T20I series to begin from Sunday
Pakistan and New Zealand is set to kick off on Sunday, March 16, with the first game scheduled at Hagley Oval in Christchurch. Led by Salman Ali Agha, the Pakistan squad is eager to make an impact against the Black Caps.
Series Schedule and Venues
The T20I series will unfold across five iconic venues in New Zealand:
- March 16 – 1st T20I at Hagley Oval, Christchurch
- March 18 – 2nd T20I at University Oval, Dunedin
- March 21 – 3rd T20I at Eden Park, Auckland
- March 23 – 4th T20I at Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui
- March 26 – 5th T20I at Sky Stadium, Wellington
Following the T20I series, both teams will battle in a three-match ODI series from March 29 to April 5.
Pakistan’s Preparation and Squad Updates
The Pakistan team arrived in Christchurch on Thursday and wasted no time, hitting the ground running with their first training session on Friday afternoon. Before flying out, the squad underwent an intensive pre-series camp in Lahore from March 7 to 10 to fine-tune their skills.
Pakistan's squad includes three uncapped players – Abdul Samad, Hasan Nawaz, and Mohammad Ali – who have earned their spots through stellar performances in domestic cricket.
